My journey in the running world has spanned a wide range of distances, from a brisk 5k to the extreme distances of Ultra Marathons. A couple of noteworthy achievements in my running career include, triumphing "Coast to Kosciusko" a challenging 240km race, and an impressive performance representing Australia at the most recent IAU Asian & Oceania 24h Track Championships, where I covered 231km.
Beyond my running pursuits, I also serve as a Physical Training Instructor in the Army, adding a layer of professionalism to my role as a coach. In my personal life, I am a proud family man, married with two beautiful children whom I aspire to inspire.

Luke is an absolutely brilliant running coach. He took me from recovering from a broken leg to running my first ultra marathon of 50km in six months. His knowledge and supportive nature makes the journey such an amazing experience. I've now completed two 50km events and my first 100km ultra marathon through Lukes coaching.
My goal was a 46min 10km, I tried various training plans but was unable to find something that worked for me and fit with my cross training. I hit up Luke with a race in mind and a 5 month time frame to do it, at that point it meant taking 3mins off my current time. Within 3 months I had already shaved off 3 minutes 30 seconds and hit my goal. At the 5 month mark I smashed my PB at 43:28, a time I didn't think id come close to.
Throughout the entire time Luke would meticulously look at my weekly runs and program based off my strengths and weaknesses the prior week. Most impressive of all he structured to fit it all in with with intense cross training and shift work. Not once did I feel like the program was a burden.
Would recommend 11/10, you won't find a more passionate involved coach!
